We’ve received a 2024 PJ Harvey tour announcement, the headlining trek in support of last year’s I Inside the Old Year Dying will kick off in Washington, DC on September 11th. It will be followed by stops in New York City, Toronto, Chicago, Detroit, and Seattle, before wrapping up in Los Angeles on October 14th. See the full schedule below.
Following her sold-out UK and European headline tour last year, PJ will perform alongside her bandmates John Parish, Jean-Marc Butty, Giovanni Ferrario, and James Johnston. To develop the live show, Harvey worked with theatre director Ian Rickson, set designer Rae Smith, lighting designers Paule Constable and Louisa Smurthwaite, and fashion designer Todd Lynn.
To accompany the tour announcement, Harvey has shared a new music video for “Seem an I.” Directed by Colm Bairéad and starring British actor Ruth Wilson, it was filmed at Kennel Farm outside of Salisbury, England. Harvey recently released a concert film shot at her October 13th performance at L’Olympia in Paris after giving a Tiny Desk Concert in November. Ahead of the North American leg, she has European festival appearances slated for Primavera Sound, Roskilde Festival, Rock Werchter, and more.
